The first crucial step is to contact us and schedule an appointment to visit our studio for a personalised consultation.

Visit our studio

During the meeting at our studio, we will go over all your wedding day and venue decor requirements. If you are happy with our services and in love with what we offer, we will get you booked in.

Finalise the Details

Six weeks before your special day, we need to confirm your final details. This can be done via email, phone, teams of in the studio. This is to review and confirm all essential details, guaranteeing that every aspect is carefully planned and seamlessly executed for an unforgettable event.

Four weeks before your special day is when your balance is required.

Plan the logistics

On the Monday of the wedding week, we will confirm logistics, setup times, and venue access arrangements with yourself or the venue. Together, we will formulate a detailed plan for setup and collection on your memorable occasion.
